Site delivery slot planner

Build a same-day working timetable for deliveries, unloading bays and any access route that the site team declares as shared.

A delivery slot is a planned period for one vehicle or load. The planner protects the unloading duration plus the buffer you enter. It flags only bookings on the same date that share a named bay or an explicitly entered shared access route.

This is a coordination aid, not a traffic-management plan, route approval, lifting plan or confirmation that a vehicle or unloading arrangement is safe. Agree the site arrangements with the relevant parties before delivery.

How conflicts are checked

Two protected intervals conflict only when they genuinely overlap. If one ends at 10:30 and another starts at 10:30, they touch but do not overlap.

Bay and access are separate

Different bays may overlap. Enter the same shared access route, such as a gate or one-way route, on both rows only when those movements should be coordinated together.

Use a project decision for timings

The duration and buffer are working assumptions entered by your team. The tool does not predict travel time, unloading time or site capacity.

Coordinate the delivery plan

HSE says suppliers, carriers and recipients should exchange delivery safety information and agree a safe delivery plan. Its examples include site restrictions, approach routes, unloading areas, who is in charge and what to do when an arrangement is not satisfactory.

Use this timetable as one record in that conversation. Confirm the project-specific controls and responsibilities separately. A clear calendar entry does not by itself resolve access, unloading, lifting or traffic-management risks.
